Moving to Direct Shipping effective December 22nd , we will transition from weekly in-person deliveries to shipping via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. This change allows us to process your orders immediately rather than waiting for a specific delivery day.

• For our Roanoke and Blacksburg neighbors: Historically, USPS shipping to your area results in overnight delivery, meaning you will receive your order just as fast as before.

You Will Still See Us We want to be clear: we aren't going anywhere! Devin will still be stopping by regularly to check in, answer questions, and see how you are doing. While she won't be physically dropping off the boxes anymore (we will leave the heavy lifting to the mail carrier), she is still dedicated to visiting you to ensure you are happy with our service and have everything you need.

Ordering: Your Choice, Your Way We know that every business runs differently, so we want you to order in the way that works best for you.

• Text & Phone: If you prefer to text or call in your order just like you do now, please keep doing so! We love hearing from you.
• Online: For those who prefer a digital option, we are introducing a link for easy online ordering.
• Our Promise: We will still reach out to you on your regular schedule to ensure you have everything you need.

Simplified Payments Since we will no longer be stopping by to pick up checks, we are introducing two convenient ways to handle payments:

• Pay Online: You can settle your total securely via credit card when you place your order (or we can send a payment link for phone/text orders).
• Pay on Account: For our long-standing clients with established terms (Net 30), we will email you an invoice with a secure link to pay via Credit Card or Bank Transfer (preferred).

Faster Processing & Free Shipping All orders for in-stock items will be processed for shipping the next business day. We know shipping costs are a concern, which is why we are keeping our commitment to you: Shipping remains FREE on all orders over $65.00.
